The Villa
The residence is spread over two levels and welcomes its guests in spacious and bright rooms, tastefully furnished and embellished with large windows framing the splendid sea view. The living area includes a refined living room with flat-screen TV and a dining room that opens onto a magnificent terrace overlooking the pool, where it is possible to lunch or dine al fresco, immersed in an atmosphere of absolute relaxation.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with everything you need for maximum comfort: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and various utensils.
The pride of the property is undoubtedly the splendid private panoramic swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers and framed by a lush Mediterranean garden and characteristic granite rocks.
Night Zone
The villa has a total of 6 bedrooms, all double, each with en-suite bathroom, to ensure privacy and comfort for all guests. In addition, there is an additional service bathroom.
Three rooms are located in the main part of the house, and two of these boast direct access to the terrace and an impressive sea view.

On the lower garden level, an annexe houses two further stylishly furnished double bedrooms, both with private terraces, en-suite bathrooms and independent access to the garden.
A sixth double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located in a second annexe, situated next to the entrance of the villa and with completely independent access.
An additional double room with en-suite bathroom and separate entrance is available for service personnel, bringing the total capacity of the villa to 12 guests + 2 service personnel.
